Educational material based on a draft book, pending professional review. Not legal or tax advice. How we handle this
Editorial policy

How we decide what goes on a page.

Short and plain, because a page about trust should not hide behind legalese.

Review status

The book and our editorial additions are pending professional review. IRS source checks are not review or approval by a credentialed tax professional. No page on this site currently carries a reviewer's name or credential, because none has been completed. When a credentialed reviewer checks a page, the page will name them, link to a public directory that confirms the credential, and show the review date.

No outcome claims

We do not promise that anyone will settle for less, have penalties removed, or keep property. We do not publish testimonials, savings figures, or success rates. Our tools show estimates and eligibility signals, never acceptance.

Independence

TaxRZR does not accept payment from tax-relief firms, does not sell leads, and does not route tool results to any practice.

Figures and dates

Tax law, IRS procedures, dollar thresholds, fees, and form numbers change. The book treats specific figures as illustrations of how the system works. Verify any current number on IRS.gov before relying on it. Our calculator uses rates you enter rather than presenting a rate history we have not sourced.

Corrections

We update the draft book as we check its guidance against official sources. In revised chapters, verified procedural corrections are integrated into the text so readers have one clear explanation. Dated summaries and official sources are recorded in the Source Notes change log. Editorial changes do not imply professional review; current IRS instructions and the reader's actual notice deadlines take precedence.

Fictional examples

The taxpayers in the book are fictional composites. Their numbers are made up; the procedures are real.
